Blinc Lash Primer helps guard lashes from the many stresses they undergo like mascara application, curling, rubbing, and pulling.

It is formula contains ingredients to help sooth eyelashes and eyebrows while supporting their resistance to breakage.

Lash Primer creates a solid base of volume and length prior to mascara application, amplifying mascara's effect and helping lashes to look beautiful.

Instructions

Application for treatment benefits:
  • Apply one or two coats before going to bed or wearing mascara.
  • It can also be used for eyebrows.
Application for eyelash enhancement:
  • Apply one coat and let set for 30 seconds.
  • Keep applying coats until the desired volume, length, and separation is achieved
  • Always let the lash primer set for 30 seconds in between coats.
  • After applying lash primer, apply mascara.
Removal
Lash primer is removed automatically with your mascara or can be removed on its own with lots of warm water. Does not require a makeup remover.
