Thornton's Bridge and Implant Cleaners have a 5 inch long spongy filament brush center with 2.5 inch plastic threaders built right into both ends.

These built-in threaders add convenience to guiding the floss between teeth, around braces, and under bridgework. Once in position, the filament brush section effectively cleans plaque and food debris from between and around teeth.
