Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or restocks), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping
We may offer free basic economy shipping on U.S. orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Third-Party Shipment Items
Some products available on our store are shipped directly from third-party manufacturers or brand partners. These items may arrive in separate packages and may ship from different warehouse locations.
• Shipping Times: Third-party items may take additional time to process or ship depending on the vendor’s fulfillment schedule.
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available from the manufacturer or partner.
• Packaging: Because these items are shipped directly from our partners, packaging may differ from our standard shipments.
• Combined Orders: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in more than one shipment.
• Returns: Return or exchange eligibility for drop-shipped items may vary by manufacturer. Please refer to our Return Policy or contact us before initiating a return
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately-orders already shipped cannot be changed.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on backorder or pre-order, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.
