My dentist says the pain that comes and goes in one of my teeth is just age, and there is nothing to be done except a root canal or pull it. Since a root canal is costly, and the wait time is over 9 months for an oral surgeon in our area. The dentist put something on my tooth, and then it didn't bother me for months, so I figured there had to be something out there that would help. This does! As long as I sleep with it once a week, my tooth doesn't bother me. I'm not sure this will prevent me from ever having to make an appointment with the oral surgeon, but if it helps for a few years, it will be worth it.
