A Gipson Girl I have been a satisfied user of the Opalescence PF 35% for many years. After using the 45% whitening gel, it was a game changer. Even though it's not recommended, I leave the gel on overnight for five hours and never suffered from soreness or irritation. Been doing this for many years. Perhaps my gums are healthy and strong.
