How To Use:

  1. Open the back of the LED light and remove the plastic tab under the battery.
  2. Rinse the mouth tray with warm water and attach it to the LED light.
  3. Fill the top and bottom front surfaces of the mouth tray with gel.
  4. Insert the light with tray into your mouth and cover your teeth firmly.
  5. Press the power button to turn on the LED light and whiten your teeth for 30 minutes.
  6. When finished rinse mouth and oral tray and avoid eating or drinking staining food or drinks for 1 hour.
