Directions
  • Firmly hold the scraper at both ends and bend into a "U" shape.
  • Place scraper as far back on tongue as is comfortable.
  • Gently pull forward to the tip of the tongue.
  • Repeat process on sides of the tongue.
  • Rinse after each pull.
