This one fit and stayed on the base. The one form Amazon did not fit tightly enough to stay on the base. Get this one!

received them when promised. Work well with the Rotadent. Less cost than from MFG. When I rinse the head after brushing I squeeze the water out and back into the round shape - last a little bit longer this way.
