I used to purchase these through my dentist whom no longer sells them. They were a few more dollars through my dentist so I'm glad I found them online. These are the best whitening strips on the market! I use one packet for both top & bottom teeth. Just cut them in half. Amazing results!

To be honest, I did not use these twice a day like the instructions say. Nor have I had time to use them consistently. For the times I have used them, I have to say they are definitely better than the regular strips from the drug stores. I would buy these again.

these work GREAT!!!! he mostly used them once a day and not the recommened twice a day and the results were very positive!!
