My dental hygienist actually told me about the product and what strength to order. I recommend using tooth paste for sensitive teeth.

I love this product. My teeth are so much whiter with just one tube. The 16% is perfect if teeth are sensitive. Use a sensitive toothpaste for a week BEFORE and WHILE bleaching teeth and you will not experience any sensitivity.
