I used 22% Nite White in retainers made over 10 years ago. I place the solution in the plastic retainers as directed and sleep with them on over nite. This is a great product to use periodically to maintain super white teeth.

It removes tea, coffee and tobacco stains!! Also took the stains from a pocelain cap!!
