It couldn't be more easier! Simply apply to trays wear for 30 minutes and your done. No burning and it only takes about 4 applications for me and a very noticeable difference!!

The best whitening product ever. I have been using this for years. I get compliments daily on my smile. Just 30 minutes once a week and I'm good to go!
