I used 20% before but switched to 35%. It only takes 35 min as before I needed 4 hours. Just be careful and wipe off any excess off gums immediately. Love the product.

I was concerned about the 35% strength as others cautioned it would cause sensitivity, however I did not experience any. Was also unsure about the mint flavor but it isn't strong, just leaves a clean taste in the mouth. Certainly the $$$ savings from buying it at the dentist is the biggest benefit!!!

I was told by others that 35% would cause sensitivity, but I didn't have a problem. Wasn't sure about the mint flavor, however it is not overpowering, just tastes 'clean'. And the cost savings compared to buying at the dentist is the biggest advantage!

I've been using this brand for years with the strength you had to apply for several hours. My dentist gave me this newer type and after just 10-15 minutes my teeth are snow white! Then I found this website and it costs 1/3 less than purchasing at my dentist office. Can't be beat!
