A very effective product - a little goes a long way. I have custom upper & lower retainers that I use with Opalescence. My teeth are fairly sensitive, but this product is gentle enough that even leaving it on for over an hour has worked fine. My daughter recommended it to me and I recommend it to others. ;-D
