Worked exactly as promoted. One week (4 syringes) of use brought noticeable whitening. Ten percent concentration works great overnight- no irritation. Higher concentrations caused major sensitivity. Already ordered another round. Highly recommend.

I have used Opalescence for about 20 years. I use it in trays that my dentist made for me to whiten my teeth. Initially, I used Opalescence 20%; however, as I aged, my teeth and gums became more sensitive. I have used the 10% solution for about 14 years. It doesn't whiten the teeth as fast as a stronger product, but using it 30 minutes daily for about 7 days, I am able to whiten my teeth to a bright white and do not have painful gum or tooth sensitivity. In my house, we keep in the refrigerator a supply of 10% Opalescence for me and 20% Opalescence for my husband. (Let reach room temperature before using.) I find that most dentists recommend Opalescence for whitening, and I am very happy with this product. I use it about every 6 months. I do not let my teeth become yellow, but treat my teeth often enough that they maintain a white appearance. I would highly recommend this product.
